Delivery Time & Charges

We deliver across India.

        -  Metro Cities: Delivery within 3-6 business days.

        - Other Cities & Towns: Delivery within 5-10 business days.

        - Delivery timelines may vary during peak periods, sale events, or due to unforeseen delays by courier partners.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with tracking details.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

As of now, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Damages or Issues

If you receive a damaged or defective product, kindly refer to our Return and Refund Policy and contact us immediately at customersupport@adaak.in with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
We will resolve the issue promptly.
